4. Registration Process

16. Service Provision and Acceptance by User
Services are considered properly provided by the Administrator and accepted by the User in full, if within 5 (five) calendar days after the end of service provision, the Administrator has not received a Claim from the User regarding quantity (volume), cost and quality.
After the expiration of the period specified in Art. 16, User claims regarding defects in the provided Services, including quantity (volume), cost and quality, are not accepted.

Using the Application While Driving
